Our team regularly hosts seminars and workshops geared towards providing updates in legislation and training for HR and senior management professionals, and you will have the opportunity to play an active role in the delivery of these events.

This is an excellent opportunity for a talented employment lawyer to join a well-regarded and highly-respected team, with clear scope for progression and professional development.

What we look for:
• A qualified Solicitor with proven experience advising and/or supporting on a wide range of both contentious and non-contentious employment matters for employer and employee clients.
• While we do not use PQE as the sole measure of experience, we do expect this position will suit somebody with 2-5PQE.
• While this is a Solicitor-level position, we are also open to considering candidates whose background and experience may be better suited to the Associate level within our progression structure.
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and communication skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships with clients.
• A proactive and collaborative mindset, and an interest in contributing to business development and team growth.
• Alignment with our human-first values; somebody who genuinely cares about their clients, colleagues, as well as delivering a first-class service.
