Description
ACS are now looking for the perfect candidate to join a busy construction team in Cambridge.
This role would suit a newly qualified solicitor, or 3 years PQE of similar role. Previous construction experience is desirable yet not essential. SOME property/litigation experience necessary.
Their construction team provides specialist, in-depth expertise for clients across the full spectrum of the construction industry; including the likes of developers, occupiers, contractors, investors, bank consultants and insurers.
We also correspond closely with our commercial property team of lawyers who operate across office, and are recognised for their heavyweight knowledge of property contracts and development projects. This is supported by specialists elsewhere in the firm who advise on matters such as planning, health and safety regulation, tax and finance.
