Job Overview:
£14.00 after probationary period. We are seeking an experienced hotel receptionist to in a small team to manage all aspects of the reception team. To improve and document working practices; take bookings by telephone; administer the reception team, set rotaas, improve levels of performance, reduce mistakes and errors and ensure a high quality service to our guests' enquiries
Responsibilities:
- Manage team and improve performance and communication.
- Take bookings for hotel and restaurant.
- Improve working processes and procedures.
- Check guess in and out, prepare gusts bills.
- System ownership of hotel systems as super user.
- Respond to maintenance requests from guests or staff in a timely manner
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient service delivery
Requirements:
- Proven experience as team leader/manager
- Experience of hotel systems
- Strong communication and analytical ability
- Good spreadsheet skills
- Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Good communication skills to interact with guests and staff,
- Punctuality and timeliness
