Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Negotiator based in Stoke-On-Trent. The Negotiator will be responsible for liaising with clients, arranging property viewings, negotiating sales and lettings agreements, and maintaining effective communication with all parties to ensure smooth transactions. The role also includes conducting market research to provide accurate valuations and keeping up-to-date with property market trends. Building and maintaining client relationships will be key to success in this role.
Qualifications
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to conduct research and perform accurate property valuations
• Proficiency in relationship building and client management
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Proficiency with administrative tasks, including maintaining accurate documentation
• Basic understanding of the property market and regulations (preferred)
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other relevant software tools
• Driver’s license and access to a vehicle
