We’re looking for an experienced Conveyancer or Residential Property Solicitor to join our team.

Location: Reading (RG1)
Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00am – 5:30pm
Office Based
• Top Salary and Bonus Paid*
The role…
· Working as part of a wider team on both resale and new build transactions
· Providing updates to clients, developers and third-parties on a daily basis
· Answering office calls and acting as a point of escalation
· Overseeing the more complex leasehold and shared-ownership transactions
· Providing expert guidance on post-completion matters requiring further consideration
· General file progression and administrative tasks as required
· Use of LEAP Case Management, PerfectPortal, Infotrack and Land Registry portals amongst others
We’re looking for someone with…
· A minimum of (ideally) 3 years’ experience in a conveyancing fee earner role
· Able to oversee both leasehold and freehold files with minimal supervision from quotation through to registration
· Experience with more complex matters such as Lease extensions, shared ownership transactions, remortgages and transfers of equity
· Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
· A problem solver with the ability to work both independently and as part of the team
